Meet the Producer

Ishizuka Sayaka is a third generation farmer. She took over the family tea farm from her father in 2022. The farm was originally started by her grandparents during the Showa period. Today the farm is deeply engaged with the nearby community. To Ishizuka farming in an environmentally friendly way is a priority. At the farm they do not use pesticides, herbicides, or fertilisers. They also have a recycling program to reduce waste and participate in environmental conservation activities.
