Nishimura Tea Garden

Introduction

Nishimura Tea Garden is a family-run tea producer located in Mizuho Town, in northwestern Tokyo, near the border with Saitama Prefecture. The garden cultivates tea on approximately 2 hectares of its own farmland and produces Tokyo Sayama-cha, fukamushicha (deep-steamed green tea), matcha, and Japanese black tea. By growing tea on its own farm and processing its green tea at its own tea factory, Nishimura Tea Garden continues the tea-making tradition of the Mizuho area. Tea Production

Nishimura Tea Garden has been producing tea for generations, with its tea processing factory established in 1947. Today, the garden produces a range of teas from its own tea fields, including fukamushicha (deep-steamed green tea), matcha, hojicha powder, and Japanese black tea.
